Anti-Harassment and EDI Adviser

You will lead the development and implementation of a programme of work in support of Oxford Brookes University’s Anti-Harassment and Discrimination Policy and contribute to the team’s wider work to implement the EDI Strategy.  You will take the lead role in strengthening measures to ensure that Brookes responds effectively to instances of harassment and discrimination, and takes steps to prevent harassment and discrimination from occurring.  You will also manage wider EDI initiatives, to be determined according to their experience and thematic expertise.
