Centre Leader

You will lead the staff team at the centre, generating a positive and inclusive working environment and ethos and ensuring that the team are well motivated, are managing their workloads effectively, and are providing a high quality service.  They will ensure that the ethos and values of the charity are maintained in the IntoUniversity centre.  They will act as the Centre’s Designated Safeguarding Officer (full training and support will be provided to become the Designated Safeguarding Officer).  In this role you will create and oversee relationships with local education providers.
