You will be an exceptional strategic leader to build on the transformative impact of the recently retired CEO - a leader who will combine proven analytical and financial skills with the ability to influence effectively at the highest levels of government, while leading a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion internally.  The new CEO will be at the epicentre of tertiary education.  The Scottish Government is currently consulting on proposals for changes to the role of public bodies in the post-school system, and so you will be joining the SFC at a particularly important and exciting time.  From the day of your appointment, the post holder’s talent and professionalism will be driving the changes that will lead to a stronger, more prosperous Scotland.
