Director of Student Experience and Progression, Department of Philosophy

You will coordinate and lead on at-university transition from school to UG studies, systematic ‘birds-eye view’ monitoring of student progress throughout their registration to support personal tutoring, proactive intervention and support to ensure maximum performance of all students, upgrading of feedback, departmental pedagogical innovation, additional transferable study skills, internships and employability; and the post-university development of alumni relations, linking back to recruitment, widening participation, employability and internships.  You will also provide innovative teaching on undergraduate courses.
