Disability Assessor and Study Skills Support (Apprentices)

You will support the growing number of disabled apprentices – the Disability Services is developing operations, growing their support for apprentices and planning for the future: offering comprehensive support, advice and guidance to disabled students, assessing an individuals’ requirements and putting good knowledge of how support is put in place for disabled students.  Using skills and knowledge to work in a busy department with a varied caseload, you will supporti disabled apprentices through transition into Higher Education and to engage with their studies to achieve positive outcomes.  They will play a pivotal role in developing the effectiveness of the service as a whole and specifically around the provision for disabled apprentices.
