Engagement & Integration Manager

You will join the Education team at their London HQ, responsible for establishing initial relationships with new schools to embed Nord Anglia University (NAU) as the catalyst of school improvement through professional learning. Your work will ensure all schools not only engage with NAU but also exploit its full potential to drive continuous improvement, commercial success, and alignment with the Nord Anglia Education (NAE) offer. You will champion initiatives that ensure schools understand how NAU supports their success and contributes to the wider NAE value proposition. Through integration initiatives, communications, engagement campaigns, and targeted support, you will build buy-in and participation, driving measurable impact on school performance and staff development.
