Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager, Central St Martins

This pivotal role will oversee a range of action plans aimed at creating a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive atmosphere within the College.  Post holder responsibilities will include improving recruitment processes to enhance representation of Black, Asian, and minority ethnic staff, supporting the development of teaching and learning enhancements, and contributing to the decolonisation of curricula.  You will work closely with various stakeholders, including the UAL EDI team, to ensure the College’s initiatives are data-driven and impactful
