Head of Inclusion and Belonging
This role is focused on embedding an inclusive culture across the Trust, with a specific focus on race awareness and equity. Ylou will support the transition of their Everyone Welcome work as they move into a new strategy, working collaboratively through a wide range of stakeholders, monitoring and reporting progress to senior leaders: leading, working with and through others, encouraging collective responsibility amongst senior leaders; collaborating and problem solving, using data and insight, developing and embedding inclusive and equitable practices, monitoring progress, focused on clearly identified outcomes; creating a sense of belonging, championing a culture of listening and wellbeing to guide their work to be responsive to their networks.
