Head of research – HE and research

You will work with relevant sector and government agencies, funders, stakeholder groups and Jisc’s members across the UK and internationally to ensure that we understand their needs and requirements, and with the heads of nations, directorate leads and members of ELT at Jisc, to support, develop and successfully implement Jisc’s research objectives. Responsible for promoting Jisc to key stakeholders, funders, owners and sector agencies, building Jisc’s role as a trusted partner and collaborator, as a global expert in digital, data and technology as the UK’s National research and Education Network (NREN); including the following: Strategic development and delivery; Member and customer engagement; Stakeholder engagement (UK and global); Advocacy; Governance and leadership.
