Inclusion and support Manager

You will coordinate and lead a team of high performing Learning Support Practitioners (LSP) and actively maintain key working relationships with managers and ensure the effective deployment of the LSP team.  Lead and develop a team of LSP professionally in terms of their support practice as well as learning visits, timetabling of support and coordination of support.  Work with the Inclusion and Support Administrator to input timetables for support onto student management system e.g. Prosolution.  Ensure the effective support for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities at all times. This post may require working at more than one College Centre on a regular basis.
