Insight and Evaluation Manager

You will manage the growing team, ensuring it supports data-led decision making across the university and cultivating a culture of high quality evaluation: manage a team of insight and evaluation specialists; lead on evaluation of widening participation and student success activity be a champion for the benefits of evaluation and drive forward both internal and external publication of impact reporting, supporting the University’s commitments to contribute to the national evidence base; support the development of the University’s student recruitment strategy; turn data into insight - developing curated narrative insight in the form of briefing packs, presentations and reports; develop excellent technical skills for working with data.
