Programme & Project Delivery Lead

You will support the coordination and delivery of impactful outreach activities as part of the Uni Connect initiative. You will plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive and targeted programmes across schools, colleges, and universities, including SEND CPD and parent webinars. Your work will ensure activities meet local need, are accessible, safeguarding-compliant, and make a measurable difference to learners. The role also involves collecting and analysing data in line with Aimhigher’s evaluation framework, and supporting and maintaining Uni Connect reporting. A strong commitment to inclusive practice - especially for SEND and care-experienced learners - is essential.
