Research Assistant
You will work on a small John Fell funded project which will investigate the working relationships between Professional Services/Administrative staff and academic staff at the University of Oxford. The post holder will have responsibility for co-designing and implementing focus groups between groups of staff from across the University, and as such will contribute to building an in-depth evidence-based understanding of this area of research culture. Your main duties will be organising and conducting a literature review, designing, managing and implementing focus groups for data collection between staff groups, and analysing, writing up and disseminating the findings. Previous experience conducting in-person qualitative research is essential for this role.
