ssociate Director Widening Participation and Social Mobility

You will line manage four sections of staff that support the access and success of students from underrepresented groups. You will cultivate and uphold a professional, evaluative and respectful culture within the department and oversee high-quality output and interactions of the WPSM team. The post holder will work with the Director to ensure the University responds to policy developments in a way that reflects its strategic mission and values, and that access and participation work is governed effectively.  You will ensure productive, cross-institution working relationships so that students from underrepresented backgrounds have equality of opportunity when accessing, succeeding at and progressing from the University.
