Student Achievement Manager

You will be a proactive project manager to oversee the success provision of the Access and Participation Plan (APP), while building strong relationships with key academic and professional services colleagues to ensure the successful implementation and evaluation of APP activities.  You will focus on driving student success, enhancing retention, and projects to reduce the Black and White awarding gap. You will work closely with the Head of Student Achievement and the wider Student Achievement Services teams - and develop relationships with key stakeholders across the University and Students’ Union; including academic colleagues, and their students, to understand existing provision and implement improvements.
