Student Services Officer
You will join a newly structured Education Directorate and play a central role in shaping the student experience. You will be at the heart of a high-volume, process-driven environment – supporting learners throughout their qualification journey and ensuring services are delivered efficiently, fairly, and with care. You will act as a key point of contact for students, supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring enquiries, requests, and processes are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, and communication, with a strong emphasis on following structured processes and maintaining high levels of accuracy. The post holder will also contribute to student engagement through communications, website updates, and newsletters, helping to ensure students receive clear, timely, and helpful information.
