You will provide triage, assessment and risk management for students, delivering effective early interventions and tailored safety plans. You will offer first responses to disclosures, make appropriate referrals, and lead enhanced support for independent students, including coordinating processes such as Support to Study and the University Mediation Service. The role also involves developing and delivering wellbeing workshops, resources and campaigns, supporting peer-led initiatives, and working collaboratively across the University. You will contribute expert advice to strategic projects, maintain high-quality case records, and play an active role in continuous service improvement.
