Wellbeing & Support Officer

You will support, safeguard, enable, and champion the success of all students by providing front-line and responsive advice, guidance, and referral to other services within and beyond the Student Services Team.  You will ensure all students across the EFI Group, including the most vulnerable, make excellent progress both academically and with their social and emotional development.  You will be part of the wellbeing team and the wider safeguarding team, and will be first aid trained, DDSL trained, and be prepared for receiving and managing disclosures in line with the EFI Safeguarding Policy.
