Widening Participation Officer – GROWS

You will join a team who scope, devise and deliver a range of generic and subject activities to regional schools, using their own expertise and sourcing resource from partner institutions.  You will deliver a range of engaging informational presentations, workshops, and experiences delivered both in school and on campuses to secondary aged pupils, their parents and teachers.  Many of these sessions are written and provided already.GROWS deliver the Office for Students (OfS) Uni Connect Programme locally in Gloucestershire. The project is funded by OfS to July 2026 with a likely extension for future funding.  The project has a remit to work with schools and colleges in Gloucestershire to provide a range of interventions to ensure young people are well informed about their educational options to encourage aspiration/ support ambitions to progress to higher education level study (including apprenticeships).
