Subscribing as an educational institution

• As a Head of Service and budget holder (e.g., Head of Widening Participation, Student Support, Marketing and Recruitment; or any other senior leader) you will be responsible for subscribing your institution
• Once you have subscribed your institution, your staff can register individually to the service at no extra (or personal) cost and at no extra cost to the institution
• Please note, with an institutional subscription, there is no restriction on the number of members of staff allowed to register
• As budget holder, it is necessary that you have subscribed your institution before your colleagues are able to register on the site.

Subscribing as a stakeholder organisation

• As a CEO, senior leader or budget holder, you will be responsible for subscribing your organisation
• Once you have subscribed your organisation, your staff can register individually to the service at no extra (or personal) cost and at no extra cost to the organisation
• Please note, with an organisational subscription, there is no restriction on the number of user staff allowed to register
• As CEO, senior leader or budget holder, it is necessary that you have subscribed your organisation before your staff are able to register on the site.

Subscribing as an individual employed by an educational institution or stakeholder organisation

• As an individual employee of an educational institution or stakeholder organisation, you can register on the site for free, as long as your institution or organisation is already subscribed
• You will be asked on registering whether or not your employer has already subscribed your institution or organisation.  If so,  your registration will be accepted – so you can proceed and register.
• If your employer is NOT on the subscriber list you will need to speak to the appropriate budget holder (Head of Service or organisational manager) and ask them to subscribe.  Click through here to see the existing list of subscribers.
• If your employer is not subscribed you are able to subscribe in your own right at the Level 3 subscription rate (see below).

Subscribing as an independent individual

If you are NOT employed by an educational institution or an organisation (ie. you are a consultant, small company, or independent researcher) you can subscribe independently as an individual at the Level 3 rate.

If you are employed by an educational institution or an organisation but your employer has decided not to subscribe, then you can subscribe independently yourself as an individual at the Level 3 rate.
