Access & Participation Officer

You will have a key role to attract and admit students with the greatest academic potential, from whatever background they come, and in making this aspiration a reality. You will support the Access & Participation Manager in implementing their strategy by delivering targeted Access work in schools, organising their annual residential programme and other large-scale outreach events (e.g. Open Days, Subject Days, etc), supporting on-course student development initiatives, representing the college at external events, and producing key reports and metrics to analyse the effectiveness of programmes.
