Admissions Operations Coordinator

Working closely with the Head of Admissions Operations and other members of the team, you will have a role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of applications data in systems shared internally across colleges and departments and externally with UCAS. The team also supports several bespoke application processes for particular categories of applicants, and liaises with individual stakeholders and senior committees to improve operations and policy for undergraduate admissions. You will also contribute more generally to the work of the Admissions Operations team, including day-to-day management of user queries ranging from frequently asked questions to more complex technical issues, and shared responsibility in the Admissions Operations team for the use of SITS/eVision in undergraduate admissions. Other main responsibilities include sector-wide liaison with UCAS and other universities, leading internal meetings updating colleges and departments on key issues in admissions, and a series of projects such as admissions tests, statics, and maintaining the online Admissions Handbook
