Director of Student Opportunity

You will provide strategic leadership to a diverse division encompassing Careers, Study Abroad and Student Mobility, Employer Engagement and Volunteering, and major co‑curricular programmes such as the Warwick Award and the Undergraduate Research Support Scheme (URSS). You will shape and deliver a clear divisional strategy, oversee a significant budget, and ensure high‑performing, values‑driven teams. A major focus of the role is advancing student employability through innovative, inclusive and accessible opportunities, working in partnership with academic departments, senior leaders and external organisations.  The Director will work to embed employability, expand work‑based learning opportunities, and ensure activities are optimised for positive impact for Warwick’s students through engaging, high‑quality guidance and support.
