EDI Programme Manager

You will support the delivery of their EDI action plans and work towards continually progressing the organisation further forward with its EDI agenda: project manage the organisation’s equality charter-marks and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to help catalyse change and embed good practice approaches.  You will manage your own activities, involving small scale project management, and co-ordination of multiple aspects of work to meet deadlines, including co-ordination and administration of work.  You will be responsible for the delivery of Athena Swan Charter Mark, Chairing the Athena SWAN working group and leading on the planning and delivery of the 2025 Athena SWAN submission.  The work will involve Stakeholder Engagement: Data Analysis and Reporting: Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to interpret data effectively, etc.
