Engagement Manager

You will provide operational leadership for allocated activity within the Uni Connect programme, HeppSY - Higher Education Progression Partnership South Yorkshire, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective project management and measurable impact. You will work closely with schools, colleges, Universities and wider partners across South Yorkshire to develop, deliver and evaluate programmes that support learner attainment, progression and aspirations. Key Responsibilities include: lead the operational delivery of allocated activity of the Uni Connect programme, ensuring activities are delivered effectively and achieve intended outcomes; manage, support and develop Engagement Coordinators and other staff, driving high performance and continuous improvement; build and maintain strong partnerships with schools, colleges, universities and external stakeholders to maximise impact; use data, evaluation and evidence to plan activity, monitor performance and demonstrate programme impact. The role includes line management responsibility for Engagement Coordinators and requires someone who can lead teams, manage complex projects, use data to inform decision-making and build strong partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders
