Equality & Diversity Education Coordinator

You will: plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Equality and Diversity activities and content for children and young people participating in Education sessions; recruit, retain and manage the relationships with schools, educational establishments and other community settings prior to any programme delivery; communicate with schools and educational settings prior to programme to ensure retention, commitment and safeguarding.; ensure that all data, monitoring and evaluation is captured and inputted onto the relevant secure data capture platforms for reporting purposes; be a positive role model, creating a safe and supportive environment where children and young people are motivated to learn and develop the skills to recognise and challenge discrimination safely; develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including schools, colleges, local authority, voluntary sector organisations and other funders; ensure success stories are captured through working with Chelsea FC Foundation/Chelsea FC media staff; attend regular team and organisation meetings reporting key performance achievements/areas for improvement.
