G8 Programme Manager
You will contribute to ground-breaking research that tackles global challenges - from advancing sustainability to pioneering healthcare solutions. You will support the programme and workstream leads to identify their expected outputs and outcomes and engage with their stakeholders and evaluators - also service committees’, oversee and track budgets and prepare reports on activities and finances to relevant committees and working groups. It is important that the post holder’s responsibilities are achieved in the context of the University of Oxford to attract, support and admit the best students from all backgrounds, especially ones from backgrounds that are under-represented at Oxford. Therefore, essential that you understand this context and actively undertake research to ensure that your understanding is current and relevant. You will be responsible for managing and driving effective delivery of the outreach programmes from UAO. You will lead on future external funding for UAO, including preparing funding proposals with full economic costing models, working with the Director to ensure these are aligned with the University’s access strategy. Work closely with the University’s Development Office to present these proposals to philanthropic donors, foundations and other groups interested in access at Oxford.
