Graduate Access and Widening Participation Manager

You will support the expanding area of postgraduate access and widening participation, with particular responsibility for delivering the Graduate Student Access Strategy across the Social Sciences and Humanities divisions. This pivotal role will help shape, deliver and embed innovative, sector-leading graduate access and Widening Participation (WP) strategies across departments and faculties. As graduate access is an emerging and growing area for the collegiate University, this is an exciting time to contribute to these initiatives. With particular responsibility for Social Sciences (SSD) and Humanities (HUM), the post holder will develop a detailed understanding of graduate access and WP at subject level. Working closely with divisional offices, departments and faculties, you will help identify local needs, shape strategies, embed graduate access and WP, and support the delivery of initiatives and strategic objectives.
