You will lead the evolution of a high-impact professional education portfolio that supports excellence across the legal profession while strengthening member engagement and commercial performance. This is a pivotal leadership role combining education strategy, product innovation and commercial accountability. You will shape and deliver a modern, insight-led learning offer that is accessible, relevant and financially sustainable, supporting solicitors at every stage of their career. You will lead a cross-organisational L&D strategy and drive a joined-up, product-led approach that enhances the overall member proposition. This includes developing and scaling a high-quality hybrid portfolio of digital learning, structured programmes and practical resources that deliver measurable value for both members and the organisation. A key focus of the role will be portfolio growth and performance.
