From leading co-curricular innovation to championing student engagement and cultural integration, you will play a pivotal role in helping students thrive. You will be part of the dynamic campus team ensuring their globally diverse students body feel welcomed, connected, and empowered to succeed, academically, personally, and socially. You will drive initiatives that will positively influence student retention and satisfaction; lead strategies and programmes that support students’ transition to life on campus; foster intercultural understanding; and build a learning environment that extends beyond the classroom. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Campus Life and Operations.
