Learning and Insights Lead

Their Learning Partner, an independent research organisation, gives us in-depth analysis of what's working. Alongside that, they want to capture what their teams are seeing day to day, so they can adapt quickly and keep improving their support. This isn't an impact evaluation role. It's about learning during delivery so they can improve it while it's happening and help shape future delivery.  The Learning and Insights Lead will lead how they learn across their Change programmes.  That means: getting the best from their Learning Partner, so their work is rigorous, useful and focused on what we need to know; helping their teams learn as they go, by building simple ways to capture what they're seeing and act on it quickly; coping, commissioning and contract managing other evaluations of their Change activities.
