Project Coordinator
You will play a key role in delivering accurate, efficient, and professional operational and project-based support, helping ensure the smooth running of marketing, recruitment and admissions activities. Key responsibilities include: providing excellent customer service and a consistently positive experience for applicants, students, colleagues and external stakeholders; communicating clearly, professionally and sensitively, particularly during high-pressure operational periods such as Confirmation and Clearing; maintaining accurate data within CRM and related systems, ensuring high standards of data integrity and GDPR compliance; supporting data processes including imports, de-duplication, unsubscribes and list maintenance; managing multiple operational and administrative tasks, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
