Regional Operations Manager (North East England)

You will have leadership of the North East England Cluster. You will support Centre Leaders in their cluster of IntoUniversity centres to ensure that high quality delivery of educational programme is maintained and the pastoral needs of the students are met; that all centres are working effectively to deliver the service specified in the organisation’s delivery plan; and that targets are monitored, met and reported on.  You will support recruitment and ensure that the ethos and values of the charity are maintained across the cluster, playing an active role in the delivery of education programmes and high quality line management cover support when required . You support and plan project delivery over the academic year and to liaise, and manage relationships with existing schools and other partner bodies, strengthening links with other agencies (e.g. corporates, schools, universities, and other voluntary sector bodies), attending meetings and regularly reviewing existing partnerships. You will ensure that each Centre Leader has an individual package of support agreed based on their professional development needs and work closely with the IntoUniversity Fundraising Team on annual reporting to university partners.
