Senior Place and Partnership Manager

You will help drive forward one of the University’s most exciting and influential strategic areas: their commitment to Place and Partnership.  Play a leading role in strengthening LJMU’s civic footprint and deepening the partnerships that will shape the city region’s economic, social, and cultural future - strengthening skills, driving inclusive economic growth, catalysing social change and widening our international reach. Working closely with senior leaders, colleagues across the University, and partners throughout the Liverpool City Region and nationally, you will: drive the development and delivery of LJMU’s Place and Partnership strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with the University Strategy 2030; build and enhance strategic partnerships that support inclusive economic growth, community empowerment and regional skills development; lead external engagement activity, ensuring regular, meaningful dialogue with key civic, public, private and third-sector stakeholders; communicate LJMU’s impact, shaping messaging and narratives that reflect their civic mission and the positive change they help deliver across the region; support governance and reporting, contributing to briefings, papers and insight for the Executive Leadership Team, Vice-Chancellor and Board of Governors
