Student Recruitment and Access Officer

The role involves working independently, strategically and proactively; managing projects and resource; and organising designing and delivering activities and events. They will also be personally representing the University to potential students, their parents and teachers; and building and maintaining strong networks of internal and external stakeholders, particularly with schools and colleges. Three main strands of activity: responsible for the delivery of strategic, regionally based outreach, recruitment and conversion (post application) activity within Berkshire; lead on project-based activity to support transition aimed at Year 13 students ( Access Reading); working with the Henley Business School to support their widening participation and undergraduate recruitment targets.
