Student Recruitment Manager

The role focuses on building strong agent partnerships, converting applications into enrolments, and achieving agreed student recruitment and revenue targets.  You will have the responsibility of delivering set enrolment targets for OnCampus centres through partner agencies, institutions, sponsors and other recruitment channels, which will involve extensive travelling within the region.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a selected network of recruitment channels. You will be required to take a pro-active role in follow-up and conversion of students and will work closely with the wider sales and admissions team in achieving this goal. Key responsibilities include: recruiting students through an international agent network and partner institutions; appointing, training and managing recruitment agents across agreed regions; supporting recruitment activities such as fairs, webinars, interviews and centre visits; working closely with Sales, Admissions, Marketing and Academic teams to maximise conversion; providing market intelligence, performance reporting and maintaining accurate CRM records.
