Student Recruitment Officer, Events

You will join the Events and Applicant Experience Team on a maternity cover basis and play a key role in attracting and inspiring the next generation of University of Hull students. The Events and Applicant Experience team deliver of all on campus student recruitment events; the University of Hull presence at all UK-based off campus student recruitment events; the conversion of final year undergraduate students to PG study; and for providing a high-quality face-to-face applicant experience whether this is on campus or online. You will help deliver a varied programme of student recruitment and conversion activities, including Open Days, Applicant Days, postgraduate recruitment events, campus visits and outreach activities. You will work closely with colleagues across the University to ensure prospective students receive an outstanding experience from first enquiry through to enrolment. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a range of recruitment and applicant experience projects, ensuring events run smoothly and achieve their objectives. This role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend working, as well as travel within the UK, and could include some overnight stays.
