Student Success Officer

You will work in the Student Success team, playing a pivotal role in the delivery of the Student Success portfolio of work which supports young people from disadvantaged and under-represented groups to be successful in higher education.  The role includes delivering personalised, timely support to specified student groups and supporting the effective delivery of the student success interventions and activities which form part of the Access and Participation Plan. The Student Success team works collaboratively with colleagues across the University to close gaps in outcomes by addressing the barriers that contribute to lower rates of attainment, continuation, and progression for underrepresented groups.  Their ambition is to transform students’ lives by empowering them to be successful in their journey at Herts and beyond.
