Widening Participation Coordinator

You will lead in coordinating at least one programme designed to inspire individuals from all backgrounds to view higher education as a viable option and to foster confidence and success in all prospective students - joining the team at an exciting time as they consider their longer-term strategy, with plenty of opportunities to input into the programme design and delivery.  You will be planning and delivering activities designed to develop key academic skills, like metacognition and self-efficacy, and to help students and their supporters explore different possibilities for the future and the pathways prospective students need to take to reach their goals.
